MINDOOR Terms of use

1. Object
Use of the Mindoor s.r.l. (the "Company") and Mindoor.com site (the "Site") by the subscriber is governed by the "General Terms" set out hereunder. The Company reserves the right to change or modify these terms of use at any time and will notify any such changes to the subscriber.

2. Rules for Site Use
The Site can be used by subscribers in order to fulfil own professional and personal information or to access to a range of services offered by the Company. The subscriber must provide truthful and complete personal information and refrain from any conduct which could interfere with the correct functioning of the Site.
The subscriber must also act in compliance with applicable laws and regulations when using the Site.
The Site may only be used for lawful purposes and the Company specifically prohibits use of the Site in a manner that will infringe applicable laws concerning copyright, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights or use of the Site in a manner which infringes the privacy or personal rights of others in a defamatory, obscene, threatening or indecent manner or in a manner which violates public order. In particular, the Company strictly prohibits the sale, amendment, reproduction, public display, commercial distribution or use or distribution to the public of material available on the Site.

3. Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
The Company's exclusive right to use texts, images, logos, icons, software and databases and any other material available on the Site is governed by domestic and international laws for the protection of monopoly over intellectual property rights. Use by the subscriber of data, images and any other material transmitted on line by downloading such material is only permitted as a temporary copy. Any other use of materials requires the explicit consent of the Company as the exclusive owner of copyright in all materials provided here.
Specific security measures have been drawn up in order to protect data contained in the Site and infringement of these measures can result in civil and criminal liability.

4. Subscriber Information
Information provided by the subscriber upon registering with the Site shall be processed by the Company in compliance with the rules concerning protection of privacy and set out in the Privacy (Policy) Statement.

5. User ID and Password
Upon completion of registration the subscriber will receive a password and a User ID. The subscriber is exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and User ID and for any activities carried out through the use thereof. The subscriber agrees to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorised use of its User ID or password

6. Duration and Termination of the agreement
The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to interrupt use of the service at any time, including in respect of one subscriber alone, by way of revocation of the relative User ID and password, following written communication by e-mail to be sent to the subscriber with at least five days notice.
In the event the subscriber fails to comply with one of the obligations described under articles 2 and 3 of these terms of use, the Company hereby reserves the right to terminate relations with immediate effect pursuant to article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, giving due notice of its decision to the subscriber in written form by way of e-mail.

7. Governing law
These terms of use and any relations with the Company are governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy.
