How can I join the Mindoor Club ?
To become a Mindoor Club member, you need to first choose your language (Italian or English) and then click on "JOIN THE MINDOOR CLUB". This will bring you to our registration form. After entering the required information, the system will automatically provide you with a USER ID and PASSWORD, which will be sent to you via e-mail just a few minutes after you have registered with us. Remember to keep them, as you will need them in order to benefit from the value-added services that Mindoor Club will be offering its members in the future.
What privacy policy has Mindoor established regarding the Candidates' data stored in its database ?
Mindoor ensures the full protection of its Candidates' privacy, in compliance with applicable laws (Law 30/06/2003 No. 196 "Privacy Act").
Who can access my personal records ?
The database is used by Mindoor Team exclusively. Therefore, Mindoor Clients cannot access the personal and professional records of our Candidates.
Does the Mindoor site allow me to personally contact Client companies ?
No, it doesn't. The Candidate will only interact with the Mindoor Team who will initiate contacts by offering highly qualified job opportunities.
How will the Mindoor Team get in touch with me ?
Candidates who are registered in the Mindoor database and have the required profiles will be personally contacted using the data (telephone, mobile phone, e-mail, etc) you provided us in the registration. Thereafter, a first in-depth phone interview will be conducted and, if appropriate, a first description of the job opportunity will be provided. Only Candidates meeting the requirements for the job profile will be invited to a personal interview with Mindoor consultants.
How long does it take to enter my CV ?
On average, entering your data takes about 20 minutes. The registration is done in a modular format, so that at any time you can interrupt your data insertion and resume it later without losing any information.
Can I stop entering my CV data without losing the information I have already supplied ?
Yes, you can. After completing each section of your CV form, the entered data will be saved each time you click the "save" button. You will be able to later resume your CV data, starting from the last section you have successfully completed.
Why do I need to update my CV on a regular basis ?
An accurate and updated CV increases your chances to be contacted by the Mindoor Team for highly qualified job opportunities.
How can I edit the CV data I have entered at the time of my registration ?
Enter the "YOUR CV" section of your personal page, edit the desired information and then press "save" to save your changes.
How long will my CV be stored in the Mindoor database ?
Your CV is permanently recorded in the Mindoor database of selected managers, because Mindoor wishes to maintain a long-term relationship with its Clients and Candidates.
How do I receive my system-assigned password ?
Once registered, the system will automatically assign you a USER ID and a PASSWORD and e-mail them to you shortly after your registration is complete. Please remember to store them in a safe place: you will need them to enjoy all the upcoming value-added services that the Mindoor Club is going to offer its members.
What can I do if I forget my password ?
If you forget your PASSWORD, access the "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?"section. A pop-up window opens and asks you to enter your e-mail address. Shortly after providing this information, the system will automatically send your password to your e-mail address.
How can I change my password ?
If you want to change your system-assigned password, access the "CHANGE PASSWORD" section. A pop-up window opens and asks you to enter your UserID, your old password, the new password you have chosen, and the confirmation thereof.
How can I remove my CV from Mindoor’s database ?
Enter your USER ID e PASSWORD to access your Personal Area. Then click on "Unsubscribe" (down to the right) to open the pop-up window with the final confirmation of the cancellation.
