Mindoor reserves the right to solicit the updating of said information, by telephone, email or promotional initiatives.   The service is furnished with the highest standards of quality and professionalism in the interests of the candidate and the company.   The aforementioned personal information can be communicated to shared with Mindoor clients; to subsidiaries, parent companies or affiliates; to outside parties specifically empowered by Mindoor.   Article 7 of the Privacy Code gives you specific rights. In particular, you have the right to obtain from the owner, the persons in charge or the appointed representatives confirmation of the existence of said data regarding you; its disclosure in intelligible form; the origin of said data; the logic and aims behind its utilisation. Moreover, you can cancel, block or withdraw your name from information that has been obtained or treated illegally, as well as update, correct or supplement said data as you see fit.
